Tirana is a pretty safe European capital but the location of these apartments is really really safe for all standards. Located two steps from the US Embassy the value of it, stands also because of the nearby city center, the Block and the beautiful and big Lake Park of Tirana.
All apartments have AC, kitchen and utensils, two sleeping rooms with a double matrimonial bed in one and two singles in the sitting room. A big bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet, heater, shower curtain and washing machine!
If you have a car the parking is also available for you. Private and equipped with remote controlled gate!
There’s a gym in the ground floor which you can use for free after coming back from jogging in the Park.
In the ground floor there’s a table tennis and grill and barbeque facilities. Great place for a midterm stay but we will negotiate with you any period you might need… Long term stay is also an option!
Wireless internet is included! Cleanliness and proximity to all facilities are to be kept present when you think of moving to Tirana for a period or for even just a few days!
