“Castle Kiosk” – Our Tirana Tourist Office

At the beginning of 2019 we opened our very own Albanian Trip shop in a bustling Tirana location! Located in a pedestrian-heavy area in a traditional bazaar (with a modern touch!), our on-call officer will help you with any inquiries. Right now, the officer is named Vanela, a sweet and charming student of cultural heritage who would love to help guests!

Our quaint little kiosk is about 5 square meters in size where we can help you out with any day trip bookings, rentals, transfers, accommodation, itineraries, etc., and perhaps even help you pick out a local souvenir!

This office is found on Murat Toptani Street, a lively street that is home to Kalaja e Tiranes (the “Castle of Tirana” or “Justinian’s Castle” as it’s sometimes known as in English) which is where our office is found in! We are close to the National Gallery, BunkART2, the Parliament and all of the happening spots in the city!

In the off-season the hours of operation are 9:30-15:30. We will have different hours of operation depending on the season but hope to be open all day long in the high season with an English-speaking attendant there to help. We will take cash and POS payments (but please keep in mind that POS charges 5% more than the total amount paid in cash.)

Come visit us!
