DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual tour of Albania as photographer\, writer\, composer\, and musician David Couzens shares photographs from his book Images of Albania\, inspired by his 2016 tour of Albania and Kosovo with Albanian Trip. From the Adriatic Coast to the mighty Albanian Alps and throughout this largely rural\, multicultural mix of Muslims\, Orthodox Christians\, and Catholics\, Albania’s hospitable people welcome visitors to this unexplored corner of Europe. David’s photography captures the essence of Albania\, and Albanian Trip is pleased to partner with him on sharing his vision of our nation. \nA preview of the program is posted here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNcOwa9cAfA. \nAbout the presenter:  \nDavid has traveled to nearly 40 countries as well as to the majority of American states and Canadian provinces. He has published numerous books of his photographs\, notably on Rajasthan\, India; Ireland; Guatemala; the Caucasus (Georgia\, Armenia\, and Azerbaijan); Hungary and the Czech Republic; Southwest China; Newfoundland; Turkey; and Sri Lanka. Along with their companion DVDs\, these books were released starting in 2008 as part of an ongoing series of multimedia projects.
